Day 1 of fasting. Yesterday was my OMAD. I’m going to see how long I can fast for. My goal is 44 hours or more. I want to really give my body a break from eating/digestion and I really want to hit autophagy.
202.8 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you! I’ve done 77 hour fasts before. This isn’t my first time lol. I just ordered more electrolytes and waiting for them to arrive!!
