Well Yesterday I found that my Diet is working & reduce a few grams.

Today Meals:

BFast:
1 boil egg

Tea Breaks:
2 boil eggs
3 pcs of fried chicken
1 liter green tea

Lunch:
- accidentally Skip
1.5 liter of water
3 sticks of pepero chocolate!! :(
1 pc kisses chocolate T_T

Tea Break:
1 scoop of mix vegie (brokoli+cabbage flower+carrot)
2 striks of chicken ball (6pcs)
1 liter plain water (in-progress)

Dinner (planned):
4 boiled eggs + black pepper
500ml plain water

wish me luck!!
181.4 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 13.9 lb a week
