January 2021 has arrived. Made it 1 day following née years resolution to have a dry January. Messed up yesterday but I’m not giving up. Will start again today and call it a slow start. If I am going to reach my goal eight of 108 if requires no drinking. Old age, I have decided, changed my ability to drink and still lose weight. Doesn’t work anymore even if I run for an hour everyday. Getting old sucks but I know I just must try harder. Cheers to 2021 at 62 years old!
