Alright, lost two pounds! Weight loss was a bit more rapid than I had meant it to be, but I'm going to assume things will even out in the upcoming weeks when my body adjusts to eating well.

Prior to March 1, it was all about the pizza, pasta and self indulgence. Now it's about living for as long as possible...
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is a great view to have! I must admit though, pizza and pasta are an aweful enjoyable way to live. ;)
