How excited I am to finally break the 150 mark! It has been years. This diet sure was hard to get use to, but it does give great results. Can't wait to see what happens on vacation. I hope I can continue to get healthy choices and clean lean meat. I bet that will be a problem with restaurants slathering on the butter! It will be the hidden things that will undermine me...
