I left because I became too obsessed with calorie counting. I gained some muscle, but also a fair amount of fat. I'm back because I think I can handle this without being too obsessive. I need to become accountable again. I won't ever give up completely, just little relapses now and again :).
143.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
