I didn't feel like I was making any progress, but I have! And I am so excited about it! I have broken the 190 bls Wall that I have been stuck at since last year! Woot!
189.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
