Yesterday was a 1,000 calorie day combined with 3 hours of pickleball, so I had a nice drop.

Today, I play in a tournament! It should be another 3 hours of intense activity. An added benefit of pickleball is that it keeps me away from the fridge.
232.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
