As usual, I'm committing to a good exercise program, but sabatoging my hard work with late night snack binges. How can I stop myself?!
114.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

It is hard - especially when you get in the habit! Can you first try and subtitute your snacks with crunchy vegtables?

I love strawberries as a snack. I usually go for those when I've run out of weight watcher points.
