Started the keto diet today. Also doing the 7 and 11 eating times. Nothing before 11am and nothing after 7pm to eat. I will work out 30 minutes a day. I weight between 8-9 am every day.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
