Chocolate 🍫
Burger, cheese, slice tomatoe/ onion
Onion powder
Glass of water
2 cups cocoa
Nestle cream and Handful nuts & cranberries
145.7 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
