oh dear!!! a gain. well i have to admit ive had an up and down week following diet, we had the start of the bluff oyster season and... well i love them battered!!so that was one slip up. then i made a new rasberry shortcake dessert, but there was only hubby and i at home this week.. so had dessert most nights, i meant to put leftover in freezer, but... so can only blame myself. goal this week is to KEEP on track!!
