I've been off the healthy bandwagon for a few months. I was reluctant to hop back on the scale, but I did it because I won't know how I'm moving forward if I don't know where I'm starting from. I prefer to weigh in in the morning, but I had time right now. Time to get serious.
Today my body fat was 34.3% and my water was 48.8%. From here things can only get better.
