time for me to take control of my weight again. I like to control every thing else I don't know why this is such a challenge for me. Starting today I am going to make journal entries like my buddy soccermom. went to the dr today and so did not like what the scale said. temps are going down so I don't have the "It's too hot" excuse anymore. she wants me to set a long term goal which is to get back to 171 lbs by 30 Apr 14 and 2 short term eating goals to help achieve that. 1. limit to 1 sugary (juice, soda etc) drink a day for 2 weeks and 2. No snacking/eating after 9 p.m. for the month of Oct. She has a group of us that will meet once a week for 8 weeks.
