It was an OK week. I needed to indulge a little. I needed the sweets.
My goal for the week is to stick to the plan. If I lose 2 pounds this week, I will be at 15 pounds lost. I will get me 5 pound sticker. I really want that sticker. That will put me even closer to my 10% since rejoining WW.
