I have read something on a forum that says for my weight I should be eating 2900 calories, 184 g of protein, 66 g of fat, and 414 carbs to lose weight. That seems like a bit much to me.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
