2020/12/19 跟上個月ㄧ樣,從月初1日~20日,整整20天,體重在同一公斤數上下循環徘徊著。
11月是卡59公斤,12月是卡56公斤。這樣的停滯狀態讓人好沒動力啊!😓😓😓
連運動都有點懶了!走路從3萬步掉到2萬步又到滿1萬步就不想走了,連床上的10種運動都停了2星期........😡😡😡
吃東西也ㄧ直爆醣控制不了嘴巴,已經連續7天都吃零食爆米花巧克力了........唉!再這樣下去,我怕瘦下來的體重很快就守不住了😱😱😱
