yes!!!!!! after about 3 months of gaining/losing the same 2-4 lbs. I finally lost 5, and it feels good!!! changes this month were the exercises I was doing... not because I wanted to, but I had to due to an injury, :( snapped a ligament on my foot.. don't ever give up, make adjustments and keep going, :)
169.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
