Some extra salty food and slacking off on my water and sleep. Perhaps a few Christmas goodies snuck in, as well. Happy Sunday, it is a new week, everyone. I have some NSV like last year's Christmas clothes being much too big. I am gathering a nice pile of clothes for charity.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
