When I set my weight loss goals...I decided to do it in three stages. With smaller goals then I see results quicker. I figure my goal is losing 40 lbs for each child. I almost have completed 1 child...2 to go.

Very clever and you have made your goals kind of a family goal, more of a reason to lose the weight. Your children are your inspiration, do they know how important they are to your weight loss and good health? You should tell them they would be honored to know I am sure.

Only one would care...the one in college to become a physical education teacher. she is too far away to be much help...but hoping that I can surprise her with my looks when I get to her basketball game this year.
