Ok. Here we go again. No eating.....no smoking. You can Do this!!
195.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, you can!! Are you fasting? Neither is an easy habit to drop, but it is most certainly do-able! I gave up smoking last January, and started my weight loss program last March, you're not alone. :-) Good luck!
