I’ve been terrible. Ever since Thanksgiving, I’ve been eating whatever I want and it shows. Also been kinda down due to Covid crap. No job, no car, I don’t know anyone I this new city. Feeing pretty isolated. I just remind myself to greet each day with gratitude for my health, and the health of my loved ones. Appreciate the sun on my cheeks, and the air in my lungs. I have however been consistent with my water consumption. Gallon a day. Time to get back on track!
