dropped 0.8 lbs, haven't exercised in 2 days and hit the keto snacks pretty hard last night so I'll gladly take the small victory. Elliptical machine is staring at me, I'd better get out of the lazy boy and steer clear of the fridge on my way to a much needed workout.
