Scale went up again. Sigh. I worked out yesterday though. Did Jillian's 30-day shred and it kicked my butt. I will just have to keep going.

Me thinks you are building some muscle ... and everyone knows (though it may not be comforting) "muscle weighs more than fat" and "muscle burns more calories" ... we are definitely committed to NOT FREAKING OUT together and will celebrate the next dip our fickle friend the scale treats us too!!

I was thinking that too, but to avoid freaking out this morning, I simply didn't step on the scale. LOL.
