Two weeks in ... chuggin along.
12.5 lbs gone.. almost 18% of my goal.
Solid foundation to build upon. Thankful.. went hiking this weekend and got my zen on.
284.5 lb Lost so far: 70.5 lb.    Still to go: 64.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
