OK, so maybe it wasn't an 8 lb. gain... I think it was water retention from the flight home... because I weighed myself again a few days later, and I was down to 202. Still not bad for as much beer as I drank! LOL!
Anyway, I just got back to the gym last Friday. I know, it took a few weeks to get back organized and back in gear. I met with the personal trainer at the gym, and he gently motivated me to kick it up a bit on the treadmill (cardio) in intensity and in actual time. He promised I will see noticeable results a lot faster. So here goes...
202.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 3.0 lb a week
