Weekly 36-hour fast number 11 complete.

Like last week's, this fast was actually 40+ hours, and preceded by a super-low-calorie day. This time I was down 6 lb in two days. That was more than I expected, and I'm grateful for the extra loss.

I'm down 1.8 lb over last week at the same time, which means that I beat my 1-lb weekly goal.

Next week's number to reach is 183.6. Strategies in place. Onward and downward.
184.6 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
