So I caved yesterday and had more Girl Scout cookies. I did exercise but since it was raining, the Weight Watchers Challenge was out and I don't have a treadmill so I did Pilates instead. It didn't feel even close to as satisfying as those walks and bun sculpting workouts have been. Now I am feeling slow, weighed down, and lazy on top of gaining .4 pounds. Oh yea, and I am craving those damn Girl Scout cookies, so I put them in the freezer where I am less likely to eat them. I hate them frozen.

Today I start the Jillian 30-day Shred workout. Hopefully it will feel more satisfying than the Pilates did last night cause it is still raining so that means no walking.

I know I can do this. I didn't lose 6 pounds for nothing. I can keep going. Keep eating right, lay off the cookies, and exercise. I feel so good when I get a good workout in. I must keep it up even though I feel down right now cause I know it will pick me back up.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
