It's a great thing that your bf will be doing it with you. It's much harder when you're doing it on your own. Fat Smash is easier IF you make sure to have the things you need for the diet on-hand (which I usually don't although I should). I've found that pre-preparing my meals either on the weekend for the next few days, or the night before, for the next day, helps me out QUITE a bit, so that when I'm rushed I'm not tempted to grab potato chips or fast food.
