I did very well on the new "biggest loser" diet that I've been doing. I'm watching what I eat. Cutting out carbs & eating LOTS more veggies. Also cutting out the sweets. Although I have been having some BL approved desserts. I need my chocolate!

I lost 1.5 lbs by just changing what I eat & doing no exercise. So with the continued good food choices & adding in exercise, I should be shedding the pounds!
205.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 70.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Word of caution - I'm not sure what carbs you've cut out but don't cut them all out. You do need some carbs like whole wheat pasta and whole grain breads to fuel your body whether you work out or not. And, make sure that once you start exercising regularly that you compensate by slightly increasing your food-intake. Otherwise, the scale will stall because you won't be eating enough to sustain your body.
