Pants!! No weight loss this week but with all the fitness I am doing I am starting to tone. Well I would be really pi**ed off it I had nothing to show for it. :-)
196.0 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
