I'm still losing. That is really exciting! I told my husband last night before my morning weigh in that I had lost 7lbs in two weeks. He was like, That was two weeks ago you asked me to do this with you? Of course I said yep. I know he was thinkig I could have lost more. Considering he works out more than me. So I think he will be starting this week.
This will help me out a lot. Most of us who cook know how hard it is to eat fruit & veggies when you just got through coooking fried pork chops, collard greens, macn chees w/ cornbread for everyone else. So here is to a better and even more exciting week.
127.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep up the good work!! It looks like you've almost hit your goal weight. You should be so proud of yourself. I know how hard it is to cook whatever for everyone else and then cook a seperate meal for yourself.
