I am charting my daily calorie intake from 12AM to 12AM daily, due to working graveyard shift. My goal for total daily calorie intake is 1500-1600 calories.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
