Gained about 2 pounds in December: suboptimal. Lost about 23 pounds in 2010: great. Do that again and maintain for a lifetime: ideal. Lose 7 pounds to hit goal: great. Maintain after that: great.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
