Ugh - knew it was only a matter of time before the scale "went the wrong way". I've been trying to exercise everyday, but yesterday my schedule just didn't allow it. I'll have to do more over the weekend. I guess I won't let it bother me until Monday's weigh-in --that will be one week.
142.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
