Late Breakfast: Non-Fat Greek Yogurt, Miso Soup+Koya-Tofu+Nori, Natto+Flaxseed Meal
Dinner: Broccoli Salad, Daikon Radish + Ground Beef Soup, Persimmon (1/2), Nuts
Because I’m over 50 years old, I took a Shingles Vaccine onThursday. In the middle of night, my whole body was really hot like fire ball. Friday morning, I was tiredness, headache and some parts of muscle pain. I couldn’t wake up to make breakfast for my husband.
