Fresno today so no workout. Ate at Marie Callender's for dinner and had 440 calorie pasta & 570 calorie rosemary chicken dinner. Ate 3/4 of chicken dinner & 1/4 of pasta dinner. Did VERY good today. Did eat some Korean cookies but not much.
