i am using the eating for life cook book have been for a few months and all the recipes are fast, easy and good even my 14 year old daughter likes the meals. but as far as exercise am starting at a slow pace. I bought a biggest loser video a year ago just use it for the first time today! gonna see what happens. have to just start somewhere.
