Went on vacation, there were too many good foods I couldn't pass up! I walked a LOT though, and apparently it worked out just fine. Still lost a pound. I definitely have to step it up though, at least a pound a week will get me much closer to my goal.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week
