So today begins a challenge between my sister and our friend. We agreed to "modify" our eating habits and lose weight. We start today and go until the middle of April.That is when all of us are going to Vegas. I am really struggling. This is the highest my weight has been since before my lap band. I just have to get up and move and start watching what I eat. I can say these things but need to stick to it. not always easy. I'm going to try. Happy New Year.
315.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 115.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
