Ok, so I failed when it came to getting exercise in yesterday as well as taking in plenty of water (I only did a measly 3 glasses). However, I resisted temptation and stayed under my allotted calories and woke up this morning to a 1.3 pound loss! YAY!

I hereby commit to exercising tonight and drinking all my water today, even if it means going to the bathroom 50 bajillion times. :P
168.7 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

congrats!!! and skipping a day of exercise can be good for you so don't feel bad at all for resting and recuperating :)

I find it hard to drink water too! Im trying to have a glass everytime I eat, and 1 inbetween lol not working tho, Ive only had half a one so far!
