Well, I finally got to 148lbs, and then the holiday's hit and I completely went off my diet and exercise routine for a week and a half. Putting me back at 151. Take 2 steps forward and 1 step back I suppose. at least I am 2 pounds less than where I started. So this week I going ahead full force and making sure to do both diet and exercise this week as well as weekly meetings with my mom and sis who are losing weight with me, which is something I haven't done before.
