Today it was hard for me to get up and walk. I am praying the reasoning behind it is that it is Monday and I have the day off as my New Year's Holiday and Friday I took off of work early so I had a longer weekend than normal, so my body is off schedule and out of whack! I really do not want to be starting to quit this already, I have done that too many times in the past already. So I am going to open all the blinds in my house, get it nice and sunny inside and get out of this weird funk! I will also get back on the treadmill later as I only did half of my workout this morning...
I did it! I went back on the treadmill for the remainder of my planned workout for today and I feel great once again!
