Right, Christmas is over, the chocolate is (pretty much) gone, and now I can get back on track.
I'm thankful that the losses I achieved earlier have not all gone. If I hadn't lost that weight then, I would be a lot heavier than what I was when I started now. So it's worked out nicely. Time to get back to it...
