Gym Day 19: Arms

Hard day of legs yesterday. Feeling champion. Still getting close to the 2500 cals a day, with the weekends making up the deficit.

With eating so many cals im finding that now days i can have some carbs without it having a 2 kg weight effect the next day.
322.1 lb Lost so far: 79.6 lb.    Still to go: 75.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Finally managed to get day 19 done today. Did a full upper body work out, shoulders, arms, chest and abs. Even with Gout in the heel of my foot i push Through. Day 20 tomorrow
