Exercise: 45 min elliptical 2.8 miles, 45 min weight lifting lower body Vitamins: No Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - Bigger and darker red blotches, new spots, ate trigger foods. Used Prosacea, used SPF 30 facial moisturizer.
