No energy at the gym today... sugars are bringing me down. I am a Sugar-a-holic!

Exercise: 45 min elliptical 2.8 miles, 45 min weight lifting lower body
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - Bigger and darker red blotches, new spots, ate trigger foods. Used Prosacea, used SPF 30 facial moisturizer.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
