munestar32's Journal, 25 February 2009

Ok, so I gained a pound in two days. What it is from I don't know, but I am not going to dwell on it. There is a reason that I don't like weighing in every day and that is because my body fluctuates so much throughout a week (this is a bad week for weighing in too cause hormones are crazy atm). However, I will weigh in every day this week simply for the purpose of this challenge. We will see what happens.

I did the workout as prescribed again last night, plus extra walking. Dang near killed me but slept like a baby last night. Boy is my butt sore today. LOL. I won't be able to do tonight's workout cause I work from 8am and go to school right after work which lasts til 9pm and I will be damned if I sacrifice sleep to go out at night, in the dark, and work out right before bed. I will have to make it up with some walking or something at lunch. Oh wait, we are supposed to be going out to lunch...now what...

It sounds like you are doing a good challenge. I relentlessly weigh in every day and face the music. It helps me respond quickly. If I waited a week to weigh in, God knows how far up I could go. Anyway, great job on the exercise!

I agree about nto sacrificing sleep for exercise. In fact, not getting enough sleep actually can cause us to gain weight or at least not to lose it effectively. Aren't our bodies mysterious??? You have been so supportive of me ... so here's to your continued success at being kind to yourself and working towards your goals!! You'll do fine in the long run ... pay attention to what you know works for you!!
