Really bad. Been drinking a lot of beer. BUT, worked out a bunch the past 2 weeks and seeing NO results. And they have bene quality runs/workouts. Very frustrated that I got up this high.
126.8 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Beer will sabotage your best efforts. I worked out like a demon for 3 years without cutting down on beer and I that happened was I didn't gain weight, but I didn't lose either. I didn't begin to lose weight until I cut way back on alcohol. Some of your weight gain is bloat from beer that will go away after you go a few days without drinking any. Good luck, it's always so hard to lose weight but the only way you can really fail is to quit trying.
