I gain I lose. I am confused. I forget to eat and before I know it it’s 2pm. So do I wait for dinner? I have been having fruit and nuts. Which holds me over until dinner.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
