Today I start my goal, as a new years revolution I want to lose weight. I hope i can reach my goal weight by the time summer roles around. I'm 17 I used to play football, but due to a tragic wrestling accident I'm no longer able to play. Now I lift weights as much as possible and do as much cardio as i can, Even though i do all this i still do not eat correctly and i am ashamed of myself. So Im starting this so i can motivate myself to eat right, and maybe be encouraged by some complete strangers, just kidding.
